Leon's Cafe Gourmet Belgian Specialties

Love this place! The waffles are the best I've ever had - crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside. We ordered the Strawberry Waffle with Chai Tea Latte and the Milou Breakfast with Belgium Chocolate Mocha. The owner is friendly and service is quick. The atmosphere is light, bright, and charming with plants and Tintin books and decor (as the owner is from Belgium). Highly recommend dining here! Can't wait to come back!

Lovely friendly cozy environment that makes you feel homey. Genuine Belgium waffle with both savory and sweet choices. Must try their chocolatey with or without coffee. Love the owner with his hospitality. Yummy food!

This is such a great brunch spot and cafe! The service was friendly and fast. The food was great but especially the Belgium chocolate on top of the waffle. The atmosphere was cozy with the warm lights and plants around the tables. Lots of places to sit inside with magazines for while you wait to eat. Overall, this is such a nice cafe and I would definitely visit again.

We are new immigrants from China, and my daughter attended a year of French immersion classes in Canada. As soon as she entered Leon' Cafe, she heard the staff speaking French with customers. She was very excited and tried to order strawberry waffle in French.The waffles here are very good, I’ll definitely come back to try others.

Exploring breakfast location in South Surrey and stumbled to this highly rated place. Best Belgian waffle I had for a long time - not too heavy and right fluffiness. The owner uses quality ingredients. The chocolate drizzle was smooth and not too sweet. I am not a big bacon fan but the bacon for the Milou breakfast waffle was smoked just right and not too fatty. We were given some Belgian chocolate sample and it was good. Great ambient and decor just to hang out over coffee and dessert. Only complain is there is no free parking at the building. Either have to park across the mall or the neighborhood street parking.

My wife suggested this place and I am so happy she did! Absolutely fantastic food! Absolutely fantastic Belgian coffee! Absolutely fantastic service! We both had the breakfast waffles and I was amazed at what you get for the price you pay. My waffle had prosciutto, have already cheese, tomato on a delicious waffle and it only cost us 13. I've had coffee shops charge me the same for a"organic" sandwich and I was left dearly wanting The only wanting you'll have after going to Leon's is the want to go back again!

Waffle is refreshing and unique to south surrey. I do think the caramel version might be a tad too sweet. Coffee was not bad. I have tried their Avocado toast last visit and it was great.
